Applications for on call employment are accepted on an ongoing basis. All applicants must possess a valid Massachusetts certification as an EMT-B or higher, a valid Massachusetts drivers license, and be a non-smoker. Once employed they must successfully complete a one year probationary period, and within two years an NFPA Firefighter I/II course.

The employment application details the application process and the expectations of new members. If applying, the application and any associated documents should be returned to the department in person or by mail. On line or e-mail applications will not be accepted.
